What is Change Order Management?

Course Overview
The Change Order Management course provides construction professionals with the skills to effectively identify, manage, and negotiate changes during a project. Change orders are a routine part of the construction process, but when they are not properly managed, they can result in costly delays, budget overruns, and contract disputes.
Through expert-led video instruction and real-world examples, participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to establish structured processes that maintain project efficiency and promote fair collaboration between all parties. This course is eligible for 2 CCA Gold Seal education credits and 8 BC Housing CPD credits upon successful completion.
