Course Overview
The Bystander Intervention Training course empowers employees, supervisors, and managers to recognize and act against wrongful conduct such as bullying, harassment, and workplace violence. This course complies with the City of Chicago training requirement under Section 6-010-040 (b)(1)(C) of the CHRO.
Through a highly interactive, modular, and “edutainment”-style approach, learners engage with realistic scenarios, expert commentary, and animated segments that promote practical understanding. Participants explore how to safely intervene, overcome barriers, and use effective communication strategies to stop harmful behaviors before they escalate.
